Sportlite is a company committed to its customers and we will endeavour to keep Sportlite users ahead of their rivals by providing them with the most up-to-date equipment and a first class after sales service.

All our parasails and associated products come complete with a guarantee against manufacturing faults and if a customer has to return a product on this basis we will replace the product immediately.

For customers who require a general repair service we endeavour to repair and return parasails and associated products within 3 to 5 days. We also offer the loan of a parasail while repairs are being completed and we welcome enquiries from our customers if they need this service.

IMPORTANT WARNING PARASAILING CAN BE DANGEROUS

As manufacturers of SPORTLITE PARASAILS and accessories we warn all who use these products that they are exposing themselves to the risk of DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY and that SPORTLITE or any of it's agents cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any accident resulting in death or injury.
